Rules and Regulations
 
When you sign your name on our books you and the people with you agree to our rules and regulations and this releases us from all liabilty.  Any violations of these rules can result in you being banned from fishing at Paradise Lakes or in some cases prosecution from local and state enforcement.

All visitors must check in at office and they have to leave when the bait shop closes unless given permission to stay by an employee at the office.  Anyone caught on premises after bait shop closes without a pass will be fined $300.00 unless they have permission from an employee in the office to be there.

Passes are good for 12 hours.  Anyone caught fishing without a valid pass will be fined $300.00.  NO SHARING PASSES!

You are limited to a total of two passes per 12 hours.

When night fishing starts , use only one light at a time and turn them off when you move or leave the lake.  Not shutting off lights will result in having to pay extra.

The barrels are used for TRASH ONLY!  They are not tables, chairs or pole holders.  There is no need to touch them unless you are throwing something away.

We work hard to keep our place clean so PLEASE pick up all your trash.

No loud radios.  The volume should be set to where only you can hear them.

Please keep all profanity and vulgar language to yourself.  We DO NOT put up with that language at our place.  Have respect for others and yourself.

Vandalism will not be tolerated.  We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

No fires.  Charcoal and propane heaters and grills are exceptable.

All size shovels and blues, and channel cats  8 pounds or bigger are not to be put on stringers or to be kept toward your limit.  If you need to hold them to be weighed we have a pen for that.

Channel cats under 8 pounds are the only cats you can keep toward your limit.

Alcohol is only permitted in small quantities.  NO BEER PARTIES!

No glass containers due to insurance issues.

All fish are to be brought to the scale in a net by the person who caught the fish. If you are physically unable to bring the fish to the scale please let the office know and it will be ok for someone else to bring the fish up for you.  You must pull your pole out of the water until the persons returns.  

We do not weigh dead fish!

There is a 2 pole limit, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Do not touch the air machines, hoses or anything that does not belong to you.

Any stealing will be dealt with by the law.

Do not break branches off the trees.

It is your responsibility to obey all the rules.
